MLP-WTG: Week five- The entire fic must take place in one room with the mane six, if there are any other ponies that are not involved in a crossover they can't talk.

Warning: Mild case of pony nudity.

Description: Amnesiac ponies and tragic findings. (I will try to stay away from shipping after this.)

Tag:  Shipping, sad. (In that order no less)

Equine-nox A.E.

It was quiet and dark.  Slowly it felt a part of its own self move without knowing exactly what it was doing.   Slowly a light filtered into the vision of the eyes that had just opened.  Something was wrapped around its head and it felt a pressure all around its body.

The figure moved slightly and saw a hoof come across what it remembers as the word 'vision'.  Looking around, it was in some kind of barely lit bubble and had a mask entrapping its face.  It felt trapped and alone, it wanted out, it wanted to be let free.

Bringing both hooves forward the figure not knowing what it was doing pushed against the glass and tried to stare at the world outside its bubble filled with water.  It couldn't really see anything, the glass was too dark.

Though it wasn't long before the creature remembered what the words 'suspended' and 'animation' meant.   But for the life of her she couldn't remember her name, she was only getting bits and pieces of her memory back at a time.

Wait she was female?   Oh yeah, she was a female…  now if only she could remember who she was or why there was this long protrusion coming from her head.  Furthermore she didn't see any hair on her hooves.  When she looked down, she felt a great amount of heat coming to her cheeks, she was completely barren of her coating and that was scary to the mare….

She remembered now that she was a pony, soon another memory tickled at her.  She couldn't recall her name but looking at her horn.  It felt… off somehow, like something was not quite right with that odd attachment to her forehead.

Slowly her environment changed with a slight buzzing sound, three mechanical arms protruded from the top of the liquid filled bubble.  Two were ending in clamps and one with a sharp needle.

Soon she the pony started to struggle without knowing why and found her front hooves pulled aside by two of the grasping implements and was held still, her hind hooves were locked into the bottom of the bubble so she couldn't put up more of a fight.  Not that she put up much of one in the first place.

Slowly the needle sunk into her neck and she felt something foreign substance being pushed into her body.  After it was done she felt the needle remove itself and she watched it go back into the ceiling.  What did that needle just do to her?  Why was she here?   What was going on?

Slowly her questions would soon be answered as a buzz was heard and some strange green mist blinded her in her watery prison, it was flowing about her like ink.  After the mist in the water disappeared; to who knows where, there was another buzzing sound and the water started to disappear from the bubble.

The mask that had been around her face detached itself the soonest it could and the mare watched as it disappeared into the open hole in the ceiling of the bubble.   She was currently neck deep in water and it was slowly draining away.

The mare was trying to figure out why she was here and what was going on.   As soon as the water had finished draining she felt the bubble heat up and an odd feeling overtook her, she looked down at her barren uncoated chest and saw patches of blue started growing where there had previously been none.

Something still didn't seem right about all this, but the pony figured she had to go along with this charade.  As the heat warmed her body she felt something akin to happiness as some warm buffeting air flowed through the bubble.

It didn't take her long to notice some colorful long hair falling all around her face coming from the top of her head; it was in so many… what was the word?   Colors!  And the hair felt so silky and soft as it flowed over her shoulders, she wouldn't mind if it was like that all the time.  If she could even remember what she had been like, she didn't remember having a mane this long or it covering her face quite like this.   She shook the hair out of her face, quietly letting the bubble do its thing.

She felt something new happening around the upper half of her back as she was held vertically in her little world.   Turning her head as it was now free of her mask, she saw that she had wings that were growing new feathers where it looked to have been completely plucked beforehand.  The growing feathers started to tickle a lot and it caused her to let out a raspy chuckle, she probably hasn't spoken a word in years if she could remember how long she had been in this strange contraption.

Slowly the heat of the bubble stopped, her forward hooves were released and she heard a click coming from around her hind hooves.   Slowly the glass popped up and outward and a bright light shined into her face as she held up a hoof to her eyes and stumbled out of the bubble falling on her face painfully.  It took her a few moments to remember how to walk and that she had to do it on all fours instead of two legs.

Where was she?  It was the strongest thought on her mind while looking around.  The glass door to the bubble she had been in closed behind her leaving her in a large circular room.  In her part of the room there were five other bubble things that were dark and had little buttons under them.  The room was sectioned like a… pie considering the floor had a large colored slice on it.   For some reason the word 'pie' was something she liked; but not to eat, even if it confused her as to why that was.

Across from her a sign that read 'Kitchen' was seen, with what she could remember it was where food could be found in this large circular; well lit, white room with the only color being on the floors to indicate separate activity zones.  To her right was another of the four slices that read 'Sleeping Area'.  To her left was a slice that read 'Information, Recreation and Bathroom', somehow that area felt twenty percent more important than anything at the moment.

Turning around she took a look at what area she was in, it was labeled simply 'Life Support Chambers'.  This was the area that had the bubble she had come out of and at the bottom of it were several words that struck some chords in her mind.

"Rainbow Dash, Element of Loyalty."  It was her name.  She couldn't help but for the life of her see it; as her rainbow mane fell playfully into her eyes again, but what was the loyalty thing all about?  She really liked how long her mane was and how comfortable it made her feel even though she couldn't remember much about her past.   Rainbow at least knew who she was.

"Status: Awakened."    It was in a bright green lettering and all the other bubbles were red and had the word "Asleep" on each of them.

"Species: Alicorn."  Okay, now Rainbow knew something didn't feel right.  She can't remember much of anything, but she most certainly didn't remember that being her species and maybe it was why she felt off about having a horn.

Looking at the other pods Rainbow noticed; other than the names and elements 'of something' labeling each one, there were several buttons below them that were clearly labeled functions.

For the first time Rainbow; as she knew herself now, was going to try and read the words out loud.

"Veaadaortfgoaga…" Rainbow found she couldn't remember how to talk, but she was trying to read the words "viewing port toggle".  Looking at the each of the names she moved to the one that said Pinkie Pie, she knew she liked this one or as much as she could remember.  Thanks to the colorful four sectioned floor of this strange place, it helped her remember the word pie in the first place.   So she hit the viewing toggle button and immediately regretted it when the glass brightened up considerably.

Her cheeks burned hotly as she was staring at what she was like not too long ago, only something seemed off about this mare, despite all the bubbles reading their species as 'Alicorn'.   Rainbow still couldn't help but think that there was something wrong with that.

Pinkie's front hooves floated aimlessly in the water and she looked so peaceful.   There was a pink horn protruding from her head like her blue horn was from hers and there were featherless wings; which she kind of admitted scared her in some fashion, floating just as aimlessly as the rest of the coatless body.

"Hey Rainbow we'll be best friends forever won't we?  I mean even if you don't like me like that."  Rainbow shook her head and looked around panicked, what was that?   Where did that voice come from?  Looking at the mask she could see the mare silently smiling with her closed eyes, looking down at the buttons she decided to hit the button that started the awakening process only to receive a buzz and the 'viewing toggle' button started flashing.

Taking that as a sign to hit the viewing toggle button, she did just that and then the awakening process button again.  Rainbow sat down and waited.  Slowly the same sounds she had heard from inside her bubble carried out over a course of time.  Rainbow didn't know how long; behind the once again darkened glass, it would take for her to awaken.  Plus it was much more different when you were listening to them from the outside instead of the inside.

Quickly figuring out what she must do, she gave the other four bubbles a look; each one held a mare just like her and just around her size and each one came with a different voice and feeling.

"Rainbow Dash, why do you have to be as darn stubborn as I am sometimes?"  Applejack Macintosh…

"Rainbow Dash, you look simply dreadful.  Here let me brush your mane out, I'm surprised you let it grow out so long.  It suits you perfectly and it really must help with your shows to attract a whole bunch of handsome stallions."  Rarity Belle…

"Oh my gosh, Rainbow Dash are you… are you all right?"  Fluttershy Felicity…

"You do know Fluttershy's still not a tree, right Dash?  Well except for that one time, but that was a fluke."  Twilight Sparkle…

Okay that last one had Rainbow wondering if she was a sane pony.  As she ran to start the process on the other bubbles, a pop was heard and something fell to the floor.  It was with the same kind of flopping sound she had heard as much as felt when she first left her own bubble.

Looking over to her right she saw a gorgeous looking straight haired pink coated mare just like her with a horn and wings, she was looking around quizzically as if lost in what was going on. Quickly Rainbow Ran over; as well as any amnesiac would, and did what came naturally. Rainbow hugged and nuzzled the confused pony who sat there blankly for barely a moment before gently returning the hug.

The pink pony tilted her head and gave a sad flick of her tail as Rainbow backed off in worry; Pinkie's wings shot straight out and had become stiff for some reason, Rainbow couldn't begin to remember what she had done wrong to the pink pony to cause that.

The pink pony tried to talk but it came out gurgling, even if it was a cute higher pitched gurgling.  Rainbow pointed to Pinkies name and the label on her bubble before pointing to her, showing her that she was Pinkie Pie the Element of Laughter.

Pinkie scrutinized the label before nodding pointing out the rest of the bubbles.  Rainbow proudly marched up to hers pointed at it and pointed to herself.   Pinkie read Rainbows name and felt something akin to joy, she giggled and draped her front hooves around Rainbow affectionately when she came close to Pinkie once more.  Much to Rainbow's confusion it caused Pinkie's wings to flare out and grow strangely stiff again.

Soon hissing came from three of the other tightly packed bubbles, they were opening too and Rainbow motioned for Pinkie to follow her.    After a moment she realized that Pinkie hadn't exactly remembered how to walk yet.  The pink mare stumbled in trying to stand up and started whining sorrowfully for Rainbow to come back to her.

Pinkie giggled happily as Rainbow carried her to the opening bubbles and put her in position to catch the mares that would fall out of two of them.  It felt right somehow for Rainbow to hold on to her, something wonderful built up in her whenever she was touching Pie.

She'd have to explore that later, Rainbow didn't want the others to be given the same warm welcome with the floor face first.  Pinkie was laid out on her back between two of the bubbles and two ponies fell out, a purple haired and white coated mare landing face first on Pinkie's belly causing her to giggle and squirm.  The one known as Rarity was  thoroughly disoriented and blinkingh her crystal blue eyes wildly.  The other gave out a terrified squeak as her mouth slammed over Pinkie's making her cheeks very red, she was face to face with a wild eyed mare with a yellow coat and a silky pink mane.

Still the ever voiceless Pinkie preferred Rainbow and gently managed to roll Fluttershy off of herself as well as the creamy white coated Rarity.

Rarity was the one who seemed the least at a loss and managed to get into a sitting position on her own to poke at her mane sadly. For some reason it seemed like she was intent on poking at it nonstop as if something were to be done with it.

Every pony's mane so far fell to just barely touching the floor and their tail hair was abnormally long to match.

Looking over to them as Rainbow caught the one labeled Twilight Sparkle the Element of Magic; she felt something called fear when she saw that a pink and yellow pony was kissing Pinkie.  But soon that quickly left when Pinkie managed to get the squeaky mare off of herself, the poor thing seemed so terrified looking in all directions and it scrambled to find purchase and kept falling all over itself.

Soon the three mares had their names pointed out and two tried to voice them, Twilights came out with the highest level of voice coherency.  The one labeled Fluttershy seemed to be uncomprehending as to what she was being shown and continued to panic and back away from them.

Rarity stayed close to Fluttershy feeling the need to make her stop squeaking in wide eyed terror so much; in fact Fluttershy Felicity practically glued herself to Rarity Belle who seemed to be nuzzling her in a puzzled if pleased expression.

"Wheara irea nee?"  Twilight said being the most capable of speech out of the five of them; she wouldn't receive that answer until later.

There was one last hissing noise as the last bubble opened; the others made their way over to that bubble with the best to the best of their abilities after Rainbow pointed to the floor and then her chin.  It was followed by Pinky Pie performing the same motion and pointing out that they don't want her to hit the floor like they had.  Fluttershy stayed behind growling as she was spooked by the hissing noise.

Twilight was beginning to pick up the ability to walk faster than Rainbow had and they both caught the blonde mare with a bright orange coat that fell out.  Twilight felt a wonderful buzz at the back of her skull when she held Applejack in her hooves, carefully gripping Applejack in both her hooves she nuzzled her with a smile and the confused pony blinked owlishly at her wondering the same thing they all thought.

Where were they, who were they, what had happened to them and what were they doing here?  Twilight was the first one to form the first actual complete word said among the six of them.

"Love."  Twilight was crying for some reason, apparently she remembered something more than the rest of them, but the word 'love' struck a small tingling in all of their heads.  Fluttershy was busy licking herself.

Since Twilight seemed to be the least addled, Rainbow moved to point out the area to the left of their circular portion of the room they were all stuck in.  Rainbow made sure that Twilight read the word 'information'; Twilight nodded to Rainbow and tried to walk to the area on her own.   Before she could get too far she felt a tickling at the back of her mind.

"Oh, Applejack you silly pony I'd never leave you behind.  Didn't I promise you?" Twilight had more tears welling from her eyes at the sudden hit of the memory and she quickly moved back to Applejack's side, remembering that she didn't want to leave her behind. She started to move the confused blonde mare into standing position. Soon they were leaning on each other and making their way to the information area portion of the circle.

Meanwhile a gurgle was heard by all the other four ponies stomachs,   Pinkie looked up and quickly wrapped her front left hoof around Rainbow's front right causing her wings to flare out and actually stiffen.

Rainbow was now more confused than ever, as she felt her wings were stuck in the same position she saw Pinkie's in twice already.  Maybe it's part of the warm feeling she kept getting, she let Pinkie drag her over to the kitchen place and stare at the screen on the wall.

They weren't alone in traveling to the kitchen Rarity somehow managed to get Fluttershy to move over to the Kitchen with her with a look from her pleading eyes.  Fluttershy however would try to stay behind Rarity or underneath her as much as she could; she was still so frightened and acting like a wild animal with her whimpering.

The kitchen; as they all got started on looking around for food, was kind of barren except for the large black rectangular thing on the wall and some words on  the floor that made it known what they were expected to do.

"Steidra nearo?"  Rainbow Dash said trying to read the words "Stand Here" as Fluttershy and Rarity made their way over to them.  Somehow Rainbow felt like some pony was getting some kind of distant revenge on all of them with their inability to talk straight or even at all.   A small image of a bluish grey and blonde mare popped into Rainbow's mind and she was holding a sign that read her name as Derpy Hooves.

Pinkie not waiting for Rainbow to test it was finally getting the hang of walking again; she instantly pounced on the circular purple "stand here" sign in the floor.  As soon as she did the large black rectangle in front of them came to life in multiple colors and the words 'activating' wrote itself on the screen.

It startled poor Fluttershy who reared up loudly squeaking and tried to run away, she was only halted by Rarity holding her in place and making soft gentle sounds to calm down the wild eyed mare.   Soon Fluttershy accepted Rarity's attempts at keeping her calm, but she still quivered underneath Rarity as she watched Rainbow's eyes look on at the screen in amazement as pictures popped up on it.

Some of the pictures were orange triangles with green triangles on top, others were round red circles with tiny brown triangles and even one that was green and made of multiple rectangles.   Pinkie hopped up to the screen with all of them watching her with bated breath.  They saw that she had a wide eyed look on her face before she took to standing on her hind hooves with a smile and hit the red circle six times.

Suddenly a hole formed in the wall beneath the circled and out rolled six red apples, Rainbow licked her lips as Pinkie grabbed two; in her mouth, for them.    Seeing that Pinkie somehow found out how to get food, Rarity focused on moving Fluttershy over so that they could get their own.  Fluttershy seemed reluctant and didn't have the same intelligent look in her eyes like the rest of them did.

"Don't worry Fluttershy, I promise to take care of you for however long this affliction is to last.  Even if you're a wild mare for the rest of your life… even if you were to become normal again, please just come back to us… to me."  The sad memory floated through Rarity's head, it hurt badly and it was about how Fluttershy was acting the way she was.  It was something about a mental illness or something of the sort, if only she could remember what it was.

Rarity proffered an apple to Fluttershy and she sniffed it and licked it with a bit of apprehension before biting into it.  After moment Fluttershy chewed and swallowed before gobbling the rest of it up with abandon.

Inside Fluttershy's mind it was nothing like the others.   The only thing that came up frequently with any coherence was 'Rarity' and 'mate'.  Plus visions and flashes of protecting Rarity bravely from harm then acting like a rabbit or sometimes a cat afterwards.

Applejack and Twilight wandered over to them and upon spotting the red apples, they moved up to grab their own.   Applejack seemed particularly happy to eat hers and Twilight did as well.

"Twilight why choose me?  I'm nothing more than a simple farming pony, your all smart and stuff so why would you choose me over going back to Canterlot."  The memory played out with Applejack and Twilight sitting together on a bench.  Twilight was leaning into Applejack while smiling and then she kissed her on the nose.

Applejack shook her head of the memory sending her blonde mane flying everywhere, especially into Twilights face tickling her, causing her to laugh.  Applejack nuzzled Twilight happily, that was a good memory among many others that started seeping into her head, like the one with her saving Twilight from going over a cliffs edge.  She didn't have the wherewithal to recall how that situation happened in the first place, but she rememebered Twilights trusting eyes.

"Good… Apples" Twilight said slowly, making sure to enunciate as she tried to force her talking to be better than it was.  Applejack just nodded aimlessly accepting the fact without having to say anything, though there was something wrong about how all their flanks were bare of something, it was as if they were all still missing pieces of themselves.   Applejack even tried to too point it out to Twilight, but the mare couldn't understand her gesturing on top of the fact that she couldn't currently talk.

What followed was a few hours of watching Twilight read information off a screen and trying to rehabilitate her own mind, while helping every pony else with theirs.  It was a slow process with the five of them regaining their memories at odd moments and one being seemingly blank with a animalistic tendencies trying to mimic their ability to talk sometimes.

All Fluttershy could do where grunts, groans and growls that kind of scared the rest of them.  They hoped that something like that wouldn't happen to them, as Fluttershy sounded like an entirely different creature from them.

After a while they moved over to the sleeping area and found a large white rectangle block in the floor. Upon pressing down on it and finding it to be soft, Twilight motioned to them to lie down if they wanted to sleep.

They made each other relatively comfortable as they lay next to the pony they had better memories of.  Fluttershy spun around three times before curling up at Rarity's side.  When Pinkie huddled up with Dash their wings just wouldn't stay down; they shrugged and fell asleep in each other's hooves.   Applejack was keeping Twilight tightly wrapped up in her strong comforting hooves holding the mare to herself like she was made of fine china, she had been getting a lot of really bad memories of Twilight coming close to death.

The dreams that came were wonderful and bad, soon to be forgotten as the six of them woke up.  They'd continue to relearn how to speak and eat whatever Pinkie felt like they'd want as she seemed to be gifted with getting them all the kinds of food they liked.   The walking rehabilitation was easy, but learning to fly was hard on all of them and only Rainbow seemed to be capable of it with her wings, in fact she enjoyed flitting about the room they were stuck in. Pinkie was the trying her hardest to join Rainbow in her ability to fly and Rainbow encouraged it.

After a week or so they or mostly the five of them had the ability to talk, with varying degrees of success.   Applejack would always find a way to mince the words, Rainbow stumbled a bit, Pinkie was random if sometimes incomprehensible and Rarity was doing the best out of all them.  She and Twilight were already speaking with a rather decent bit of diction.   It was something they could all do together; close to when they woke up and close to when they went to sleep.

They still had no idea where they were or what they were to do to leave this room.   Plus they didn't know what to do with Fluttershy as she seemed to be doing everything in her power to stay near Rarity, but she didn't seem to be learning anything at all.

Fluttershy knew how to walk, eat and in one particular moment she almost learned to fly by fluttering into the air slightly.  She crashed into the ground with a yelp.   Of all that she still seemed entirely alien from the rest of them.

Eventually they learned that their horns were more than some random thing just stuck to their heads, mostly because of Fluttershy somehow managed to levitate Rarity to herself.   Fluttershy just wanted to rub up against the Rarity while purring happily; at least they learned more of what they were capable of.

Things continued on as normal, Rainbow taught the others flying by example and Twilight taught them how to use their magic as she seemed particularly gifted in that area.  Otherwise they continued to work on being able to speak normally and altogether tried to remember stuff before the white room.

Things were fine the way they were, that was until an incident popped up where Twilight found out something on the informational screen.   She haphazardly wielded her long since slumbering magic from her horn to read a very important line of data.   She neighed loudly attracting the attentions of the others except Fluttershy; who seconds ago seemed happy to amble around Rarity.   Fluttershy took up a defensive position in front of Rarity angrily growling; she was flaring her wings threateningly with her horn lit up before she realized that there was no threat and then relaxed.

"Oh my poor dear Fluttershy, even now..."  Rarity mumbled sadly, they still had no idea what happened to all of them but they knew they weren't originally alicorns.  Thanks in part to a combination of memories that flashed by their minds and the ability to share the information as best they could.

So far they at least knew what they originally were and what they are now due to the flashes of memory, but not how they got here. Twilight had found the answer and she had to tell them all.

"C-ling look up." Twilight said in a disjointed manner causing them all to stare at the blank white ceiling wondering what they were posed to be looking for.  Fluttershy sat down next to Rarity and mewled a bit for attention, which was readily given with a hoof that stroked her back.

Soon an image popped up, it was a bright white mare with a colorful mane like Rainbow only it was different and she was joined by a dark purple mare that had a blue mane.  In front of them there were the six mares themselves, the two regal beings were talking to them and no sound came from anywhere to let them know what their voices sounded like. They looked nothing like they used too, with their manes almost touching the floor, their long tail hair and all of them having more body parts than they previously did.

"Sound?"  Rainbow inquired interested in what she was seeing. Twilight sadly shook her head no, in fact it was better that there was no sound for what was to come later.

As they watched Celestia and Luna were talking to each of them personally and they both tried to talk to the frantic Fluttershy alone who was finally calmed down when Rarity's presence was reintroduced.  Soon they were led to an army barracks and what looked to be Rarity was screaming sadly in apparent distress. It was followed by a wild eyed Fluttershy hitting the guards around them with her hooves and biting at any who came too close to her and Rarity.

It got bleak when Fluttershy was gently incapacitated by a blast of magic; it had come from the regal sun flanked mare who looked depressed as she nuzzled the out cold Fluttershy with a sad look in her eyes.  She turned to Rarity and said something to her and Rarity lowered her head sadly with a few tears coming from her dropping to the ground.

After they all were finally taken in the scene seemed to skip forward and they came out the other side looking horribly upset or slightly sad, especially with Rainbow and Fluttershy having been entirely stripped of their feathers not to mention they were all wrapped in warm blankets having no hair on their bodies.  Apparently Fluttershy was still out cold through all this and was being carried by two guards.  She was probably the lucky one having gone through the entire obviously traumatic thing in her sleep, which was mostly judging by the looks on their own faces.

Soon the image changed to them going into a large white elongated egg shaped object with Twilight carrying a magically contained still out cold Fluttershy along.  The scene skipped forward to it launching to space minutes later with a great amount of flames coming out of the back of it, as it shot for the stars.  Then a few images popped up of them slowly and quite bloodily growing horns, featherless wings or both at the same time inside their bubbles over years and a date was set for how long ago that was.

Then it showed how Rainbow coming to wakefulness on her own, with the following method of injecting her and flooding the bubble with the green substance.  It; Twilight figured, was supposed to help grow back the missing hair and feathers they couldn't have while they were stuck in the life support chambers.

Well that didn't explain why they were here, it just explained how they got here and they were currently in space or they would assume so since that's what the images showed them.

"Light, anymore?"  Rainbow asked as her wings drooped at her side with Pinkie nuzzling her sadly.  Pinkie was thinking about how her own past self looked so lively and bouncy before becoming somber with the entire barracks scene played out.

Rarity didn't know why she had reacted so poorly at the beginning of the barracks scene, but then again she at least remembered what her mane used to look like and she wondered if that was really important to her before she lost her memory.  She couldn't even remember what she used to do, feeling her mood Fluttershy instinctively licked at her face hoping to cheer her up.

Applejack held on to Twilight for all she was worth; wings included, in a viciously strong hug.

"Applejack, breath need."  Applejack let up on Twilight a little, but she didn't let go.

"Soirée sugar cube."  It wasn't the right word, but it was close enough for Twilight to get Applejacks meaning, she had grown to be the physically strongest of the six of them since they were released from the chambers.

Twilight nodded to Rainbow feeling Applejack's strong hooves at her back, unsure if what she was about to show them was too much.  After a few more moments of hearing Twilight mess with the information screen, it would soon become clear why she thought it might have been too much.   It was probably the last hours of the place they all remembered, even Fluttershy looked to the ceiling to watch what appeared next.

Several other egg objects were launched to the stars from the planet and even a odd creature vaguely remembered as a griffin was among several that were placed into life support chambers in a few scenes that were shown.   The last images were of the two winged unicorns putting as much magic as they could into whatever it is they were doing.

After a few moments and the picture zoomed out around them hundreds upon millions of ponies were starting to catch fire or burst into flame, many of them were unicorns pumping as much magic as they could into the two regal ones whose horns glowed brightly.    Soon there were scenes of ponies just simply started exploding into dust and the picture zoomed out to show the moon and the sun falling towards the planet at the same time, what followed was a large explosion and several egg ships barely making it away from the planet in time before it was destroyed.

"Home…" All five of the ponies jumped and looked to Fluttershy with awe.  Her eyes; for once, showed nothing wild in them as they were filled with a sentience and tears.  Her front right hoof was raised to the ceiling as she stared at the glowing dust that was once a place so beautiful, so full of life.

"Remember Rarity we're not sure if this will even cure her, but if it does it'll be the one good thing to come of all this.  I don't think we'll be able to save Equestria this time, one thousand years of misalignment is something I don't think even all the magic in Equestria could fix.  Let's just hope we can remember what we're supposed to do to start Project: Equine-nox when we wake up."  Rarity turned her head towards Twilight as the memory struck.  Turning her head back around she carefully moved up behind Fluttershy who stared at the ceiling aimlessly slowly putting her hoof down on the floor.   Rarity wrapped herself around Fluttershy.

Fluttershy just sat there not even acting with the heartfelt warm hug at her back.  She was staring off into space as the last flickers of dust from the home of billions is destroyed when both moon and sun crashed into it at the same time from opposite sides.  One side was with the moon flooding the world; drowning a lot of its inhabitants, before crushing it and the other with the sun killing everything from the heat alone.

Celestia and Luna most likely perished in their last minutes of holding back the entire weight of the moon and sun pulling at each other, along with Equestria's gravity itself.   They did it as long as they could to save as many lives as they apparently did.  A lot of the unicorns that stayed behind gave their bodies to the cause without question to support them using more energy than their bodies were actually capable of giving before most of them started catching fire and were burned to cinders.   If those two regal ponies were still alive, they'd be in endless sorrow until they could find the ones they sent off into the universe.  Even then, the pain would be an immeasurable void if they did survive.

Pinkie and Rainbow Held each other's hooves while looking into the others eyes, taking solace in each other.  Eventually Pinkie would figure out how to make the ship produce all kinds of food, the cupcakes were memorable if shared in silence for those lost in the cataclysm.   Rainbow would start performing aerial maneuvers for the others to entertain them with her flight dancing.  Soon they remembered what was special about them; their cutie marks were reborn as they were lost in them becoming alicorns.    Rainbow's was a rainbow colored lightning bolt with a cloud, but it also had a rainbow arcing over it.   Pinkie's was three balloons and now it had lots of colorful confetti with streamers crisscrossing behind the balloons.

Rarity and Fluttershy wouldn't move for days on end from their positions as if they were frozen in time, but eventually their wounded hearts would heal.  Eventually they would return to consciousness and try to help each other remember what they had lost and what they had to look forward to.   They found their cutie marks were rebooted as well when they flashed upon their flanks.   Fluttershy's was of three butterflies and a field of Flowers; she wasn't entirely ever normal and still tended to do animal like things, but she was a beacon of peace among them.  Rarity's came out with three diamonds patched into a quilt, the recreation area reminded her of her lost ability to make things and they now had blankets to sleep with in the sleeping area.

Applejack and Twilight would continue to stay close to each other and their friends.  Twilight kept busy by studying every piece of data she could and she would continue trying to help the others rehabilitate, even with a heavy heart and the last memory of her mentor.   She was also looking for a method to finding their new home or even a bit of info to learn how to steer the ship they were on.  Applejack took up a hobby with growing potted plants around a small portion of the recreation area, even without sunlight flowers would still bloom under her care. Their cutie marks were the same like every other pony, that being that they were completely different.   Twilight's was of a book with a magical sparkle on its cover.   Applejack had three Apples close to the bottom of a full grown tree.

They used to have a home, now they didn't anymore.  They were living on recycled water and food, but the alicorns knew they could survive without them if need be.  They were looking for a place among the stars that the ships were designed to get them to as they; the elements of harmony were the harbingers that would build a new world.   Not just for pony kind, but for all of Equestria's inhabitants that were still left, saved and held safe by their Unified Nature Integration ships.

Their UNI ship was called the 'Equine-nox'; it was a word that meant 'equality of day and night' named for the very event that would take their home world away from them.

The End.
MLP-WTG week five- ONE ROOM TO RULE THEM ALL! With six for the price of one, only they can talk unless it involves a crossover.

I editted this story a lot, if it's bad then so be it. But it has kept me busy for a while and I needed to be heavily distracted.

If it's part of the room it still counts as being in it.

I like how you called Fluttershy "the squeaky mare," that part made me laugh.
